Google Calendar Data

When you connect your Google Calendar through our OAuth integration, we request permission to:

  • Manage your calendar events - calendar.events
  • Create Google Meet meeting spaces - meetings.space.created

We only access calendar information necessary to provide our scheduling services and do not access any other Google data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide and maintain our booking services
  • Display your availability to clients
  • Create and manage calendar events for appointments
  • Send notifications and reminders about bookings
  • Improve our services and user experience

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, transfer, or disclose your Google user data to any third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

  • Google APIs: We transmit calendar event data directly to Google Calendar APIs solely for the purpose of creating and managing appointments on your behalf.
  • Service Providers: We use Cloudflare Workers for secure API processing, but they do not store or access your Google user data.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights, users, or safety.

Your Google Calendar data is used exclusively for creating booking events and is not stored on our servers or shared with any other services.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store OAuth tokens securely using industry-standard encryption. Calendar data is processed in real-time and we do not store your calendar events on our servers permanently.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Google Calendar API to provide our core scheduling functionality. Your use of Google Calendar is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Your Rights

You can revoke BookingWizard's access to your Google Calendar at any time through your Google Account settings. You may also request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
